We're a family-style company, 14 years in business, looking for one dependable person to pack and ship customer orders from our Murfreesboro shop. Small team, clean shop, people know your name. If you show up on time and take pride in your work, you'll fit right in.

💰 The Deal

  • $20/hr to start — move to $22/hr after 6 months.
  • $500 bonus after your first 90 days.
  • 1 week paid time off each year.
  • Mon–Fri, 7am–3pm. No weekends. Home every night.
  • No micromanaging. We trust you to do the job right.

📦 What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
  • Prepare boxes, labels, and shipments.
  • Receive and check incoming freight.
  • Keep inventory organized and the shop clean.
  • Operate a forklift (after training).

✅ What We Need

  • Dependable and on time, every day.
  • Work history in a hands-on, shipping, or shop role.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
  • Comfortable staying busy and following a simple process.
  • Able to start right away. Forklift experience a plus (we'll train).
